A Yoga Matt, water bottle, small towel, comfortable appropriate clothing and a good attitude towards yourself and the experience.
Yin classes require additional props such as pillows, blankets, blocks and bolsters which can be arranged if needed, but please bring any personal items you like to practise with to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Great! You'll gain more benefits from the class than most! Every posture can be modified to suit your bodies capabilities and then furthered slowly and gently as your abilities improve with each practise. Yoga is for every person and every person is different.
I can tailor a class to fit in with your daily schedule and establish a routine aiming to build a stronger mind-body connection that improves your productivity and eases stress levels both at home and in your workplace. If you prefer to practise alone at a time that suits you; video lessons can be recorded and later updated to suit your body and needs as time goes on or set up a corporate group and practise together, building a stronger and happier work environment.
