Absolutely! I am able to do online yoga classes scheduled weekly or bi-weekly (privately or part of the group classes) or a tailored video lesson for you to practise at home in your own time, updating as needed every month or as needed. I will also be teaching classes in outdoor locations around town maintaining 2m distance when the weather is suitable.
A Yoga Matt, water bottle, small towel, comfortable appropriate clothing and a good attitude towards yourself and the experience.
Yin classes require additional props such as pillows, blankets, blocks and bolsters which can be arranged if needed.
Great! You'll gain more benefits from the class than most! Every posture can be modified to suit your bodies capabilities and then furthered slowly and gently as your abilities improve with each practise. Yoga is for every person and every person is different.
I can tailor a class to fit in with your daily schedule and establish a routine aiming to build a stronger mind-body connection that improves your productivity and eases stress levels both at home and in your workplace. If you prefer to practise alone at a time that suits you; video lessons can be recorded and later updated to suit your body and needs as time goes on or set up a corporate group and practise together, building a stringer and happier work environment.
